I was very impressed with the professionalism and work of MaidPro. I worked with Elizabeth to get a quote on details and on short notice for a move out clean. They were able to come the next day. They cleaned our entire home and housecleaners did a terrific job. I liked the checklist they left which was very thorough. MaidPro has cleaned two of my houses over 5-6 years, and they do an awesome job. I love the feeling I get when I walk into my sparkling clean house. If I've had any issues (there have only been one or two) I call them and they resolve it. They are a little expensive (though I don't really have much to compare it to recently since I've been using them so long). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, solid cleaning service, especially if you are going to trust them with your keys and your belongings. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have a coupon on the website. When you call to use the coupon they try to add other terms so you can't use the coupon. I got quoted $99 for 3 hours service. He sent two people. After an hour and a half he called and stated the 3 hours were up!mbecause he sent 2 people! When I stated my astonishment he asked if he sent 10 people should he pay them for 3 hours work!! Omg!! I can not believe this BAIT and SWITCH! When I let him know I was contacting better business and consumer protection and yelp, he THREATENED to charge me with slander!! read more

I almost did not use this company because of previous reviews but glad I took a chance. The gals I had were awesome. Cleaned to my every expectation and were very polite. I have a large family and bathrooms, floors and dust are a huge issue. I use the company twice a month and love coming home to the fresh feel of a clean home. read more

Where to Start? Well first we called for a quote and they said they could be out the next day. We advised that we didn't need the service until after Labor Day (roughly 2 weeks out) they said ok and that they would call back. Fast forward two plus weeks and we get a text stating that we needed to confirm our appointment for the next day. Well we never set an appointment so we stated that we already had the rooms cleaned (cheaper and with way better service) they said over text ok and asked if we had someone else provide the service. We stated yes but u-on review of another room we told them that they could still come out and clean the last room at the "scheduled" cleaning time. Fast forward to the next day the cleaners come and after they left we noticed that our expensive shampo bottles and conditioner have been thrown out. Well these are not cheap and they were not empty. The maids just took it upon themselves to toss out the bottles. I was home all they had to do was ask if we wanted them tossed. So when we called Doug the "owner" we were told that he confirmed that they were indeed thrown out. So when asked how he was going to rectify the issue he stated that "he could give us $25 off the cleaning" that was not acceptable to us as these bottles are $100 each. So when we said that we wanted at least half of the cleaning back he proceeded to bring up that we owed him for a cancellation fee from the first appointment! WHAT??? So when pressed on that issue Doug states "all conversations are recorded" (illegally I might add because at no time are you the caller informed you are being recorded) so I told him to go back and listen to the only other conversation we ever had with him and prove to me that we ever accepted his appointment or ever acknowledged his cancellation policy. He welcomed that challenge, but then proceeded to state the my girlfriend "clearly only cares about herself" I admit I was stunned and not very pleased with that comment form an "owner" about a paying customer. So upon hanging up on him and stating I would be down to review his illegally collected recording of my girlfriend, I checked my credit card balance and we had been refunded the whole amount. And received a text confirming as much from his secretary. Wonder why??? Maybe it was because he went back and realized he was wrong and he never had an appointment with us and he just conned his way into an appointment. What a piece of crap company and owner. Highly recommend Molly maids they were cheaper, and did an amazing job. read more

I wish I had read the other reviews of MaidPro before hiring them. I purchased a "half off" Groupon for 3 hours worth of cleaning. Based on the dimensions I filled in on the MaidPro website, I was told that I would need 2 people for 4 hours, so I would have to pay an additional $200 for an all over cleaning. It was definitely more than I had anticipated, but I thought a top to bottom cleaning would be worth the price. Turns out it wasn't. The kitchen floor still had dirty spots and there was dust all around the tv console. The hardwood floors turned out great, but they were just installed this summer so you wouldn't really expect less. Given the amount of time spent on the house, I expected a better job was being done. Overall, I was not happy with our service. I would not use MaidPro again for cleaning and I would not recommend them to my friends. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before I used this service. When speaking on the phone, the people in the office sounded professional. The cleaners were on time and did a good job, however, I have a "Three strikes and You're Out" Policy. They got five strikes on the first service, leaving me terribly embarrassed in front of my family for having insisted on using this company. They called me the day before our scheduled appointment and changed the arrival time, which I had to agree to or I would have to change days. Then, I had to pay $1.00 more than what I thought, and still think, was quoted to me over the phone. Also, the cleaners took down and tossed out a special recipe that was taped to the kitchen cabinet. We haven't even made a copy yet. When I called about the missing recipe the gal in the office said she was sorry the cleaners tossed out the recipe but that is normal for a "move out" cleaning. This was not a "move out" cleaning and I never asked them to take anything off the walls or cabinets. Sure I have an apology but how am I going to tell my family the recipe is gone? Next, the cleaners lied about the recipe and said that it was greasy and had grime on it. First of all, they never shouldn't have removed it from the cabinet. Second, the recipe was not even dirty much less greasy or grimy. It was taped to the cabinet so it wouldn't get lost or touched while waiting to be copied. Finally, we left right after the cleaners did. When we went back to the apartment the next day, it smelled terribly of natural gas and found the two pilot lights on the stove were out. I don't know for sure the cleaners accidentally put them out but we know the pilot lights were lit when they got there, we left right after they did ( in fact they were behind us when we pulled out ), and we were the first people to re-enter the apartment which was the next day. I could smell the gas the instant I opened the front door. So, there you have it. 1. They called me to reschedule because they decided to have an employee meeting that morning. 2. I believe I had to pay $1.00 more than I was quoted. 3. They took down and threw away a special recipe that was taped to the kitchen cabinet. 4. The cleaners lied about the condition of the recipe (which had nothing to do with the matter anyway). 5. I believe the cleaners blew out the pilot lights while cleaning the stove and did not restart them which allowed the apartment to fill up with gas. I believe it was an accident but it's still not a good scenario. We would have accepted a few of these errors but with so many strikes plus the nature of three of them, we cannot recommend this company. I know we or our relatives or our friends will not use this company again. I had high hopes but I am now embarrassed and truly disappointed. Plus, I still have to find a way to tell my family the recipe is gone. read more

I had them come out for 3 hours to use a Groupon coupon. I knew they wouldn't be able to clean my entire 1250sq ft house in that time but I knew they would get a good chunk finished. I told them to ignore my master bedroom and bathroom as it was freshly remodeled and wasn't 100% put back together. I gave them a list of priorities when I booked the appointment. The morning of the cleaning, I called to let them know the master room wasn't put back together. I said here are my top three priorities: Vacuum, wipe baseboards and clean the fridge. I went by that evening to lock up my house and they only vacuumed my family room and one bedroom (missing the hallway and second bedroom). They did clean the fridge out- and this was a good job- I have no complaints. They didn't wipe down a single baseboard. They didn't vacuum closely against the baseboards as there was still dirt from where the couch was sitting (needed to use attachment to get small chunks up). Either way, I am very disappointed in the service I received. I did call the office a few days later, was very polite, and expressed my concerns about the lack of service I received. I said I felt like since I wasn't home at the time of the cleaning and because I was a groupon customer, that I got the short end of the stick. I wanted to let the bosses know that I thought the person who cleaned my house did not spend the amount of time that I paid for. She honestly didn't sound compassionate and just told me thanks for calling. I won't let things like this upset or ruin my day but I will post reviews like this for other people/consumers to view! I think they are overpriced and you will not get a good cleaning job. Use at your own risk! read more
