Absolutely loved the cleaning job that the maids did, it was a complete detail on a house I just purchased, so it was empty, except 1 room, of which they did not have to clean due to boxes covering the floor... That being said, the a.c. was accidentally lowered to 50 degrees while they were there and continued to run on full blast for 5 hours until I got there. I emailed with my concerns (because the electric bill was going to be effected) and no discount offer was made. I was told they adjust the temp when they clean because they get hot, but that's it... So 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ended up costing right under $300 and who knows how much the electric bill will be for that crazy amount of work it did for that amount of time. Kind of disappointed with the price and how it was handled. Won't be using them for regular cleaning unfortunately. read more

Maids & Moore have been cleaning my house now for about a year. I opt for the deep cleaning service about once a month and they do a spectacular job! Every cabinet face, baseboard, picture frame and surface is hand dusted. They are incredibly detailed and the team usually finishes in about 3 hours. I was emailed a quote for a 4 bedroom 2 bath 3160 square foot home at a price of $380 with a discounted price of $355 + taxes. When I called to scheduled the cleaning the next day I was told that was not the correct price, I had it wrong. The facts were the same 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 3160 square foot. I was told it would be $450. That is an extra $95. I told her I want it for the price I was quoted! She said let me talk to my supervisor and I will call you back. She did not call me back. She sent me another emailed quote for $450 with a discounted price of $400 + taxes. Do yourself a favor and find a company that stand by the quote they give. This is just BAD business. read more

Beware!! This cleaning service is horrible, we have them on camera standing on our furniture watching TV , coming in to clean and leaving 20 minutes later. They have broken items and not replaced them. I was told I am too picky and that my expectation is too high. Shame on you Maids and Moore. We paid for a service that was never given!! Update... I use them for my short term rental. They do a consistently excellent job cleaning the house. Their customer service is outstanding. They always inform me of any issues when guests have checked out. WOW!!! I have never had a maid service for my home, I looked online and came across Maids & Moore who had the most good reviews. They had some bad ones, who doesn't? But they messaged back to each bad review to rectify the complaint with each customer which stood out to me as good quality customer service! The price is so reasonable and worth my time and stress of trying to clean the house. I was nervous of letting someone in my home and not knowing if they would do a good job or if it would meet my standards, I am OCD and super picky about my home. But...I am amazed. The first thing I did was wipe my hands all over the floors in each room and no dust, nothing! My feet were clean after walking around and usually barefoot is not an option because we have hard wood floors and the dust and everything sticks to the floor and then on your feet! The bathrooms and showers and toilets looked awesome! The floors shine and the baseboards are clean and white! They left a bow made from toilet paper on my 8 year old daughter's toilet and she loved it! Made my day!!!! I would consider having them come once a week or bi monthly just for the good mood even if it's not that dirty! LOL! I am doing once monthly as of right now but it was worth it! read more
