Despite having the vehicle repaired and repainted twice within six months, the same problem continues to reoccur, and I am now facing a third repair appointment. My biggest concern is the customer service I received from Mike Brooks. Throughout the process, I experienced poor communication, confusion regarding rental vehicle arrangements, pressure to accommodate CARSTAR's scheduling needs, and interactions that I found unprofessional and confrontational. On more than one occasion, I was given very short notice to pick up my vehicle and was made to feel responsible for rental costs if I could not immediately rearrange my work and family commitments. To make matters worse, when I picked up my vehicle after the second repair, I immediately noticed additional paint damage and the vehicle had clearly not been properly detailed. Rather than addressing my concerns, they were dismissed. I understand that repairs do not always go perfectly, but customers deserve respectful communication and confidence that the root cause of a problem is being addressed. After two failed repairs and multiple negative interactions, I have lost confidence in both the quality of the work and the customer service provided.
