Outstanding customer service. I speak no Italian so communication was a bit of a challenge. Owner was patient and accommodating.

On the advise of a friend who had previously used this business to ship a painting he had made for my daughter we decided with todays weight limitations on airplanes to ship our overflow back to the US. It was a great choice! The staff's English skills were excellent, they were not only very helpful but meticulous in packaging the simplest of items. For example, rather than ship an open (and unopened) bottles of perfume they wrapped the bottles individually first, then placed within its cardboard or box covering. Needless to say everything arrived at home almost before we did via FedEx in days and in perfect condition. Pricing was more than fair given the degree of service and specialized packaging (and crating) they had going on in their successful business. We highly recommend this establishment and additionally would not hesitate to ship value art work also from this location as they are an alert, intelligent, and customer oriented service business. I am editing my original review: my box arrived yesterday. Still curious as to why I received no shipping or tracking information. Old review: These ladies were very nice but my box was never shipped. Sent an e-mail to them and have had no response. I would hope that someone would at least respond to my email and let me know what has happened. I've been home to the US for two weeks now. Dropped my package off on October 8th and today is now the 22nd. I thought it would at least be on the way by now. I hope to hear a reply soon. read more

Went to a shady ATM, hour later fraud. Cancelled card and had a new one shipped here. These ladies are there to help! Top tip... Stick to ATMs that are attached to a bank and not some BS Gelato shop with one of those blue and yellow free standing machines. read more

Katia and Linda are fantastic!! We've used this location for our luggage storage while we visit other small towns and to ship our purchase back home Got at least 15 years, every summer!! our things arrive home in a very short period of time and nothing g has ever been broken!!!! This year we used them again, of course, but at the end of our vacation we were in Venice and used DHL to ship Murano glass items back home and everything was broken!!! Absolutely adore the ladies here! First off they are very knowledgeable about any and all shipping questions. She gave me the fairest rate and also wrapped all my goods then packed it for me. Hours of business are listed and I made it just in time. They were even willing to hold my box to wait for more stuff if I wanted.
