I think I've seen more customers losing their tempers with staff in this building than I've seen in any other. However, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they have late opening hours on Wednesdays which makes it possible to collect parcels after work. When I arrived there was no queue of angry customers (there were no customers at all) and I had my parcel in my hands in record time. Maybe they've improved recently. It's still only enough to get 3 stars from me but I definitely recommend taking advantage of those late opening hours.

Helped everybody in the queue, got our few items printed, but the icing on top of the cake: The zipper on my boots broke (unfixable, on holiday & only have a pair of running shoes as back up, these were my fav go to boots to wear w/ everything!) & this man not only directed us to the nearest shoe repair store, but he fixed me up (i.e. taped my boots so I could wear them around til I could get to said shoe repair store and/or a store to purchase new shoes ;-) I felt like Cinderella as the prince was fitting her glass slipper, the way he carefully taped my boots. Anyway, my adventure ended here when they helped me package it up nice and tight and send it on its way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their prices were good and the service certainly did what it was needed to do.

I actually had no idea how much that service would cost but was impressed when the price came in at £23 for small van (other options are bike or big van). I booked for collection at 9am and the guy showed up about 10 minutes early. He was super friendly and chatty (more than most couriers) and was impressed by my laziness when I had kept the boxes in the car (meaning he didn't have to lug them down the stairs). Just over an hour later I got a beep on my phone & email to say the boxes had been delivered. I'd normally do that kind of delivery myself but from now on I'll definitely consider getting these guys as their price was so reasonable and the service was so easy to use. Happy days.

They were given a consignment number, which gave me concern because it wasn't recgonised on the PF website for tracking. Anyway, PF had been given my mobile number to contact me at least 20 mins before delivery so I could be there at the time. What did IO find on my return home. A card from TNT stating that I would have to rearrange delivery or collect the pallet myself from the depot. I called TNT on the number given and was told that they had no information to contact me, that PF contract out most of their work to TNT and that this wasn't the first time it had happened. I would need to contact either PF or the sender. Well all I can say is on contacting PF they were not interested. They claim that any problems I may now have are with TNT and the seller. Would I recommend PF? No way. Sadly for them the business I work for and the business my wife works for will never use them either. Knock on effect, my wife in her business is often asked for recommended hauliers/couriers. So many more will not be using them either. They only get one star because I can't leave any less.

They really saved my life when it came to a 97 page report that we needed colour copied with 20 minutes to go before it was due in. I can't remember exactly how much it came to, but any price was worth paying to get it handed in ontime, without penalties, and they managed to photocopy it within 10 minutes which meant we had 10 minutes to hand it in. Needless to say we literally had 1 minute to spare before deadline close, but we did it. Fast, efficient and inexpensive. Phew!
