So, this is kind of a biz split-personality situation. The actual post office location and staff…read moreare great. Typically well-stocked with supplies and staffing. I came in with two carts full of heavy packages and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient with me. They even suspended my transaction while I got the second cart load. She gave me all of my options and was clear about the best price/delivery options. Now, for the delivery of our mail. Ooooffff. We live in a new build neighborhood with a grouping of mailboxes for the community to pick up at at our community entrance (as opposed to mailboxes on/at each individual home). The carriers have left the doors to our mailboxes/package storage wide open on several occasions for anyone to take or get their read on. Yikes. They consistently place mail in the wrong slots, bring packages to the wrong homes, and this week shoved a box in our small mail slot that clearly didn't fit. I had to go home and get a crowbar to help me pry it out of the mail box. It was mangled by the time I pulled it free. I understand how grueling this gig is and how understaffed and underpaid it is with the wild hours...which is part of the issue beyond their control and driving them to rush in order to meet the quotas and timelines. I sure hope this gets better over time for all.

My wife mentioned we were waiting on another package which was supposed to have arrived two days prior. Jesse asked for the tracking number and said he would check on it later. About 2 hours later, Jesse came back and delivered the package we were waiting for. We were not expecting him to bring it to us the same day. Jesse definitely went above and beyond to help us out. It's people like him that reminds us why we packed up from out of state and moved to Tennessee. Thanks Jesse!

Greetings, I work for an engineering company shipping with FedEx express overnight almost daily (if…read morenot daily). As engineers we ship soil,dirt,clay,rocks in durable plastic coolers with prices ranging from $104-$600 (X 365 days = $37,960 at minimum) daily. Recently I had a complaint from the service associate stating the driver is complaining about these coolers I sent are dirty (they are a bit stained but dry). Nothing that will dirty your clothes at all. It really sounds more like to me this driver or whomever it is? Is in the wrong business. My company has been in business for decades shipping. These number I have calculated only applies to one employee (me) out of several hundreds. I really hope FedEx management and corporate fix this with their employees, regards.
