I spent $190 to send a package overseas , just to have it returned and when I went in to ask them about it, of course they blamed it on me and would not refund any of my postage cost. I had taken my items into the store, I paid them to package the items since that is a service they offer. They asked me where it was being shipped to and they filled out the paper work (typed the information into the system) I verified the address. They asked what the items were. I said clothes and toys - which they could see since they were packaging them into the box. A few weeks later the package is back at my door. It was sent back by USPS because it didn't pass customs. The items were falling out of the box because the woman had put only one piece of tape on the top and one on the bottom of the box. When I went back in to the mail center to ask why it had been sent back, they said I didn't fill out enough information (explanation) of what I was sending. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I was sending it. Isn't that what their job is to do? They are being paid for a service they are offering and charging me for so they should advise me on how the paperwork should be if they know. They said it wasn't their responsibility. So I am out that money and have to pay again to have it sent. I would never use this place again. read more

I try to return a damaged package that was left on my door step. It was full of glass and oil shattered in a box. I brought the package back to this store the way UPS left it on my door step. When going to this Mail center store associated with UPS/FedEx and Amazon. I was met with unprofessionalism. She never took my package and never helped me fix the issue. She didnt want too. She wanted me out of her store and I was asked to leave. So, I did. I left with the damaged package. If this is a family own business, I suggest just calling it a mail center and not represent the UPS or FedEx logo. Like it's part of the Franchise. It's a bit misleading and I think they know it is just to draw in more customers. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Im not going back and I'm sure they are happy about that. They really don't care about your packages or customers. read more

I have been using the Mail Center to handle my business shipping for nearly 12 years. I can't think of a single negative experience. It's quicker than the post office, with the added bonus of having options for shipping (ie FedEx vs USPS). It's also very convenient that you can bring in an item unpackaged, and they will package it properly for you. Their customer service is incredible. read more

If you don't want to stand in line at the post office this is the place to go!! They offer postage, money orders, FedEx shipping, U.S. Postal mail, and UPS in addition to beautiful colored banners and signs. I love the people that work there,you could not ask for a friendlier or more professional staff! Stan and his sweet wife are also huge advocates for the Oak Ridge Animal Shelter. I guess the label I had was not going to work, the attendant brought this to my attention and even printed out a version that would work after sizing it properly. she even offered to waive the fee to do that work!
