Others have come and gone, there are few clothing stores and what remains of bigger brands look like failing liquidation centers. There is a big Ardene that sells lots of cheap accessories, clothing and shoes for preteens. The Linen Chest is now a liquidation center with old stock and styles that look anything but current. The Globo shoe store turned into Mundo, that sells what looks like factory rejects or already tried on display shoes, without their boxes. Prices are supposed to be discounted, but you can find much better elsewhere. There used to be a pet store and a Radio Shack but those also closed. A tiny food court is present but there are only about 2 or 3 restaurants operating. Subway is the only decent choice but it's not actually near the food court. There used to be a Wal Mart, which became Zellers, then also closed and is turning into a Target, which will hopefully bring life to this tired mall.

The marché is located next to the Baie wing and includes an enormous Avril (health food store), a mini SAQ, at least a dozen restaurants/cafes and merchant stands stunning Quebec products. Outside is a small farmers market and Odessa poissonnerie. This whole section is very impressive! The restaurants include a wine bar and a brasserie that even displays their brewery. The avril has a large cafeteria and tons of ready to eat meals to go. Will definitely be spending some time here during the winter months!

The elevators are divided into 3 separate wings so you won't have to wait forever. Fun Fact: this is Montreal's tallest building. It doesn't look like it but it is. It was built on a lower part of town so they could have more floors. Montreal actually has a law that no building can be taller than the cross on Mount Royal. The only negative about this place is the lackluster food court. We need better and more diverse choices.
