The prices have gone WAY,WAY UP. I went on Monday to send a USPS priority envelope, which is $9-10 at post office and they charged $18.48. This is rape at best. I did not have time to make it across town to the only Pasadena Post Office as this needed to be mailed today. I was told it usually delivers within1-3 days, which is why I agreed to pay their OUTRAGEOUS MARKED UP PRICE. Today is day 4 and it is still in North Houston, so will not be there on time, which is Post Office fault, not Postal Plus. They have definitely lost my business. I will definitely plan better in order to go to post office. read more

I mailed some documents to Homeland Security and stressed their importance to the man behind the counter. Since it was to a PO Box he said my only option was USPS and fastest method was priority next day. I said no signature required please. I paid over $38 for this deliver service and left. Next day USPS shows envelope was never sent only shows a label was created. Called this place and the man blamed everything on USPS. Took no responsibility and washed his hands of it. This service should have cost me $11 for regular mailing at the post office. One week later and my package is still sitting in a post office waiting for a signature. I never asked for a signature! It's a PO Box, it's the government!!! Uffff... I'm so upset I could choke this man. DO NOT TRUST your mail or packages to these incompetent people. read more

Mailbox Plus - Receipt of postage paid - Houston, Texas

Haven't had such horrible customer service in years at any business, definitely didn't expect it from a postal place. Came in to deliver a usps priority package. The man behind the counter who apparently has been there for years had a sour attitude towards me right away. He was taping another customers' box as I asked if I could use some tape to seal mine, to which he quickly replied "i'm using it, you can buy one", and points at the overpriced rolls on the wall. I couldn't believe my ears so I acted like I didn't just hear that. After seeing me waiting for him he reluctantly puts the absolute minimum amount possible to keep the box shut and sloppily places the label on top then throws the box behind the counter. At this point I begin to leave but my gut tells me my package going across the country is not in good hands and will likely open along the way if he doesn't do damage to it himself after I left. I ask for it back and took my business to A&M Postal Center on Jones and Grant where the gentleman told me taping the box would be $1. No problem! That's all this guy had to say instead of having such a nasty attitude. I paid the $1 and threw in a couple more just for having much better service than Mailboxes Plus. Needless to say I will be doing business with A&M Postal Center anytime I need these type of services. Do NOT do business with Mailboxes Plus!
