Oh this place is awesome. If your from Baton Rouge then you know that our arcades leave something to be desired. This place fulfills that desire. The place is huge and offers billiards, bowling, laser tag, climbing course and arcade. The place can be pricey but offers a combo for all activities of you're looking to spend the whole day there. It's only been open about a month and there are def some kinks to work out in way of speed and confidence of staff but I'm sure that will get better. For now, I would recommend going early on off days so you pretty much have the place to yourself. This place is definitely my go to now for game night out. read more

I've been here several times and had good experiences but this time was really terrible and it was beginning to test my patience. I'm not a Karen but I know what terrible service looks like when I see it considering I was a server many years ago. Anyways the service was terrible, when I asked to order, it felt like I was providing customer service to the employees because they are so inattentive and seem like they're miserable to be there. I get employees have things going on too but please don't be rude when I'm trying to be nice. The bowling machine would randomly stop working and it would take a while to get assistance which I did not get time back for considering i have a time limit and paid 60 dollars to bowl. I ordered drinks as well and it took about 30 minutes for them to arrive to our lane even though it was not a busy night. I know little Caesar's can make a pizza quicker than that. Once the drinks arrived they did not taste good because the soda machine was out. Did I mention that the drinks were 20 dollars plus tip! They were 4 regular size cups too. Just irritating. Good thing I didn't order food because who knows how long it would've taken to get done. Customers were nicer than the staff so the ambiance was nice. But the staff was not it. The tipping is ridiculous too. If I'm being asked to tip for everything at least provide excellent service from the moment I step in the door. read more

Here I am thinking, what in the Dave & Buster's when I first saw this... but this place was so much fun with a few more options. I must say that my only issue was having to wait over an hour to be seated in the restaurant area and they were having a hard time keeping up with guests because many of them went to play while they waited. I believe this was out of their control. They just need a larger area for dining. Some people went elsewhere because of the wait time. The food was just okay; the menu had a decent selection which was typical for an eat and play arena. Our waiter had an amazing personality. This kind of made up for the few minor errors with our order. I figured it would happen because they didn't write it down. We enjoyed the arcade experience and there was something to do for everyone. Fun night out with our grandchildren and godson for New Year's Eve. They enjoyed playing the games they could play, the place was crazy, busy and the adults were tying up games, just as much as the kids. Our grandchildren and godson only wanted to utilize the arcade area, so we opted for the $25 game cards as starters. The $25 FUNcard was pre-loaded with 280 arcade credits, which ended up being more than enough credits for them to play games and have plenty of credits left. cheese pizza with four drinks cost $24.99. We get better pizza deals when we eat elsewhere and that is what we did after they burned themselves out playing arcade games. Will we return? This place isn't easy on the pockets in my opinion. Maybe, on a Monday after 4pm for Monday Night Madness, when the kids can enjoy playing all the activities or games for $12.99 per person or on a Tuesday night, kids eat free when you opt to pay for a menu item that cost $8.99 or more. read more

Hmm.. main event.. no more unlimited arcade since COVID!.. which means everything is more expensive now. Honestly, only perks of main event is if you want to come in a large group and pay less money. You can either bowl, laser tag, or play arcade games. Everything else is pretty much kid friendly. Pool is of course 18+... I wish it was 21+ but whatever. They do have a bar/restaurant inside. If you're bowling and want to order food, I'd consider ordering your food WAY before.. maybe even order it at the entrance if possibly because they take WAYYYY too long when it comes to food. Servers are hit or miss.. Drinks... how long does it take to open up 2 cold ones? I mean cmon.. Anyways, I'd only come back if my nieces/nephews are in town and I want to splurge. Brought my daughter to Main Event for some one on one time. Temperatures were taken at the door and everyone was wearing mask. We are first and went with the meal deal options where you get a meal and a game play card. Menus are available via a QR code on the table. Food arrived quickly and was hot and very good. Moved over to the gaming section next. Great selection of games with sanitizer wipes, hand sanitizer, and even gloves on tables throughout the gaming area for guests to use. Kids were required to wear gloves while doing the ropes course. Overall, it wasn't crowded and we had a great time. read more

We had our child's birthday party here and we're in the process of spending close to a thousand dollars but because the bowling is ran so poorly we cut our time here short and took 24 people with us as we left. Service is horrible. They gave us an hr wait time for a bowling lane and we waited 2 hrs. Once we finally got the lane it didn't have bumpers available for the kids. When we asked them about the bumpers they refused to give us another lane or fix the problem. Finally spoke to a manager and they agreed to switch our lane but then left us waiting another 20mins with our 1 hr bowl time going down and state they can't restart our time. Basically we paid 55$ to wait around and play some of the games because half the games didn't even work but sure took our tickets. Basically, don't come here. I came here for the first time on Thanksgiving night, when I had enough of family time lol. We only came for the arcade play, no food or drinks since we were so full. We got 30 minutes of arcade play for free due to signing up via email subscription. It was a quick process; I just had to show the email with the barcode to the cashier at the front and they gave me a card. With the timed fun card, you could play most arcade games but you did not get tickets (obviously). There were a variety of games from the classics to newer stuff. I had SO much fun playing basketball that my phone dropped out of my purse lol. The manager Christian was super helpful trying to help me look for it. Thankfully, someone turned it in to the food court!!! Since I realized pretty early on that I had lost my phone, my group was helping me look for it and that ate up all our time on the arcade play. Christian overheard us talking about that and reimbursed us for the time lost!! What amazing customer service! I can't wait to come back here for food, drinks, and more arcade play. Great place to take kids to have fun. They have plenty of games, laser tag, bowling, gravity ropes etc. If you go on a weekend be prepared to wait on a bowling lane. They serve food which is pretty good. If you are looking to stretch your money order pizza. Its first come first in the restaurant. They also have a bar area. Went to Main Event 2 times before writing this review... (went grand opening day but I don't count that) One, I thought the place was bigger. I knew this place was like D&B but it's smaller. The first time I went was on a Monday for all you can play. Not a bad promo, but you can't win any tickets, so just a heads up. My cousins wanted to the gravity ropes, which seems to be the main attraction there and it 2 almost 3 hours to complete because of the line and they can only let so many people on at a time. Even when they were in the front it took forever for them to get on. People were skipping and their wasn't enough staff. The line needs to be more neat, organized, and monitored. Keep that in mind especially when school is out. The second time was for a birthday party. The party spaces are small so we had to book the private room (extra $100). The party compared to other places seemed to lack a lot. You pay $100 and get no decorations not even Main Event balloons. Other party places seem more LIVE and fun for the kids energy wise. The party was rushed like let's eat, let's cut the cake, let's do activities, so we can get u out to clean this place. This time everything in the actual playing area wasn't chaotic, but a lot of games didn't work! The restaurant is small so idk how that will work for big sporting events. I would give this place another try because I want to try the other food items. Didn't like the pizza. read more

My husband and I were off work early so decided to come do arcade games, most games are includes (you just don't get tickets). Pretty good deal! On Monday nights, $10.95 allows you to play all the arcade games you want! Great deal, but don't expect to redeem any tickets for prizes... which makes sense. We met up for drinks/eats at the bar before playing games. There's no Happy Hour and an average drink will run you about $8 (bottles of beer average $5). We ordered the hummus and it came without pita bread, which is listed on the menu. We told the food runner and she admitted the error and returned about 6 minutes later with the proper accompaniments. There were two bartenders who focused most of their attention on the service bar (where waiters pick up their drinks). I had to ask for things more than once... the check, for example. We also received our appetizer and then had to ask for napkins - the bartender plopped down a handful of black beverage naps. We then asked for silverware and were given the appropriate cloth napkins with rolled silverware. We were never provided app plates to share and the same must've applied to other parties - there was another patron standing outside of the kitchen waiting on app plates as well (sounds like a training issue). We followed our app with a cauliflower pizza. It arrived overly-done. A guest informed the bartender and he brought over the manager who said that's the way it was supposed to be and if we wanted it any other way, then we needed to let the kitchen know to remove it from the oven early. He said it would take 4 1/2 minutes to make another one. We waited 15 minutes before finally getting our check (and no pizza) and leaving. They comped the food and a round of drinks for our party of three. There seemed to be a full staff but as this is still a relatively new place, perhaps some additional training will help work out the kinks. read more

I really love this place. My family and I have gone there just about every weekend since it opened and there was never a time that we had been disappointed. The lines are long at night on the special days where it's the $10.95 all you can play because you can do all the activities for just that one price. If you do bowling, then of course there is the price of shoes. Socks are provided. The gravity ropes are so cool. I was a little bit nervous doing it at first, but I eventually fell in love with it. The people that work it are really cool and can show you different tricks that you can do when you do the zip line. Sometimes it can be annoying to go around the people that are too scared to move, but otherwise it is really fun! I love the variety of arcade games that are available. My favorite is the Mario Kart racing one because you can play along in real time with three other people. There is also the bear saber virtual reality game which is so awesome!!! The food and drinks are pretty delicious. We have never been disappointed with it and never had to send anything back. They aren't too expensive either, so that's a plus. If you have kids, they eat free in Tuesday's! Usually when we go, we spend around $80-100 on food, drinks, and of course the all you can play stuff, as well as game cards for the arcade. It isn't necessary to spend that much though because we tend to eat a lot and when we really get into the games, we put more money on our game cards The facilities are pretty nice. The bathrooms are clean and have great mirrors for selfies. The layout makes it very easy to get to the different sections. read more

As an adult it's pretty mediocre here. I'd say it's a downgraded Dave n Busters, and being from Hammond and it's a decent substitute, but hardly. 1/3 of the games we tried to play were broken, stole our credits, or actually glitched out and shut down while playing. When we come to arcades like this, we come to win! So when I have fun racking up tickets, I'm expecting a fun reward from the prize station afterward. For a kid, I'm sure it's fine, but the prizes they have are just trash honestly, and it would be more worth it to just save your tickets for next time to try to get a bigger prize behind the counter. Leaving a second review, as I tried this place again over a year after my first visit. Unfortunately this visit was even worse than the first. The ladies at the front desk area were beyond rude and didn't answer any of our questions about how many credits we should buy. It was Monday so there was a special which she didn't didn't tell us about until she got fed up and just rang us up for that. The bartender was beyond inappropriate. Gave us flat ginger beer and when we asked to swap it out for ginger ale, he looked me directly in the eye while pouring the flat ginger beer into the cup and said "it comes with ginger beer". He trusted us like we weren't important. We ordered food and he said sorry the kitchen might be closed.. at 10pm on a Saturday. Then took another persons food order so we again asked to order and ge let us. Then when he gave us our checks, he asked my brother and husband if they wanted to get weed from him.... as far as games go, the few we could play were fun but not worth the price when I'd say at least 30% of the games weren't in service or had broken parts so you couldn't get the full experience. So I ordered a second one and watched the bartender make it and he did not pick up any liquor and did not put any in the drink. Great for kids but if your an adult and want to bowl go to a real bowling alley. The giant tv screens lining the wall above the pins are a huge distraction and glare so much on the lanes that you cant even see the arrows until your at the foul line. I asked for the TV on my lanes to be turned off and the manager said it was either all of them on or all of them off. Too bad I couldn't find a lane that the tv wasn't working like a lot of the games. Found plenty of games not working. read more

Super disappointing. We purchased wrist bands for our family of 5 for $25 each which give you unlimited laser tag, ropes course, bowling and pool. We waited in a super slow line in the back to purchase them, only to find out that you have to purchase them in the front and then go back to the line in the back to schedule. The wait times were 30 minutes to 2 hours on almost everything. We played one game of laser tag each, which would have been $10 each without the band. So we spent $125 on what could have been $50. I guess we could have waited around for hours to do more stuff but where's the fun in that? We also bought a card for arcade. $50 for 300 credits, which only allowed each kid to play about 5 games. Overall, we spent almost $200 and were there for two hours for about 20 minutes of fun. Laser tag was great though. read more
