Dr. Purisima is super pleasant, warm, and friendly. He answered all of my questions (and I had many) with ease and was very comforting. He's young, energetic, knowledgeable and experienced. He told me the worst part would be the the needle followed by a burning sensation. That was scary but actually it was not bad at all. It was definitely much worse in my head. Nice to have an honest, kind doctor so close by. I definitely recommend Dr. Purisima. Also, his staff of young women were all very polite and helpful. The waiting room was a bit of a circus on a Saturday morning and I had to wait about an hour but as a new patient and a walk in, it wasn't so bad.

Looking at my claim, $900 was billed to the insurance for a 20 minute procedure that should cost half at most. What is even worse is, i sent the check for the additional $175 like 3 weeks ago, and when i called to find out when the check will be cashed, the woman told me that he has not checked his mail for the week yet!! Will this check be pending a whole year?! Not a bad doctor and was good at the procedure but they just need to get their administrative processes together.

When I arrived everything was easy and efficient. They do have an X-ray machine on hand which was helpful to be able to make sure my toe wasn't broken.
