Malcolm is a simpleyon that dosent know how to move on and screws his workers over when they choose to move on. Malcolm says his a friend when you start but he back stabs and kisses your arse at the same time. Russell who's supposed to deal with operations is just neglect as their is a lot of issues at the site. Scheduler is just useless and allows for installers to bring over 50 unable to install doors per week and leaves a lot of older work sitting on the warehouse floor making customers/builders annoyed.
