She even offered me a glass of chardonnay, water or sparkling wine. Very nice touch and really gives an elegant experience to the customer. She did my mani and pedi perfectly. Filing and shaping was exceptional and so was the painting. No spots missed and very thorough - this is the salon I have been looking for and will be coming here for as long as I can. The opacity of the color was exactly what it is supposed to be. She applied three layers of polish and used gel binder base on the bottom along with another product. She cleaned thoroughly under the nails for both the manicure and pedicure. I really like the filing here, it is not so abrasive and does not thin the nails. The quality and integrity of this manicure is the best you will find in the Northwest Suburbs guaranteed. I have been to almost every salon out here so I would know. I am seriously so glad to have found a salon that does not rush you, make weird and snarky comments, or overcharge. The gel manicure and classic pedicure took approximately 1 hr 20 min. - so very good on time as well. I went on a weekday (Wed) at 2:15 pm which was a perfect time- not overly busy. I recommend visiting at a similar time. I like that I had the same nail tech for each service, and was not passed around to different ones, because a lot of salons do that and it is quite annoying in my opinion Haha. Booking/Website - I love that this establishment is modern and actually has a proper website to book an appointment. That made it easy for me , and I did have to change my appointment twice, so I could easily do that on my phone in advance. I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to pick your colors. Pricing - 10/10 $75-$85 is very good in my opinion for such a high quality gel manicure and classic pedicure combo. I have paid near twice that amount at some salons who don't have half as much professionalism and precision as J'adore Nails. Summary- If you want a mani and pedi that actually Meets your standards and expectations, Jadore nails is where you need to go. I made an appointment a week in advance for 2pm on a weekday. On the day of my appointment, Ashra called me at 1:20pm asking quite rudely if I was coming in. I said yes, I would be there at 2. She said, "It's 2:15!" I said, "No it's not, you must have forgotten to change your clock over the weekend". She didn't really apologize, just said they couldn't change their clock because it was up too high (you can't look at your phone or your watch?) and I could come in any time I liked. I arrived 5 minutes early. There were no customers in the shop. Ashra didn't offer to take my coat or offer me anything to drink, just hustled me into the tiny, cramped room in the back that looks like a storage closet. I have told her twice now that I have sensitive skin. Instead of being gentle, she literally ripped the skin off my eyelids and around my eyes and she pulled hair out of my head - that really hurt. It took a week for the spot on my eyelid to heal. Plus, my eyebrows look terrible - imprecise job. Very disappointed.
