It can be difficult to get through on the phone, so I will often just visit the office or send messages through Facebook. I have had a few appointments changed, but they try to keep it as close as possible to your requirements. I have had two visits so far, one with a dentist and she was very nice and thorough as it had been a few years since I had seen a dentist. She also took the time to go on the internet to show me the type of floss I could use with my crown. Overall, a very good experience so far and I'm sat here waiting for my second appointment!
