So far we have only received the dining room table and chairs, but everything will come when it is ready. We are looking forward to having everything already, but we would rather have quality pieces rather than get it same day. The delivery was nice too. This young man welcomed us like we knew him for years and spent literally hours going over what we were looking for. The quality can NOT BE MATCHED ANYWHERE. Just looking around the huge store there, we were almost overwhelmed with choices that we loved! Kylan stayed late with us (We didn't realize the time & he didn't even pass any comments about it, we felt bad!!) as we decided what we finally wanted. Fast fwd to today when the furniture was delivered (hand made/carved by professionals) Kylan was there making sure everything was perfect. The crew were very conscientious about bringing the furniture in the house, putting blankets down and communicating with each other making sure no walls or doorways were hit. They put the whole bedroom set together (King frame, dresser, nightstands & armoire) making sure everything was meticulously built & everything working properly, like the soft close drawers, doors were straight etc & even asked me for my preference on the shelf placement in the armoire. I know we ordered quality, but when they were all done, it just confirmed our order was beyond our expectations!!! Real quality craftsmanship. As for customer service, Kylan was there from the beginning when we placed the order to keeping us informed of the status of the furniture being built & being there delivering it making sure everything was 100% on point. I can't thank him & his crew/company anymore!! We are definitely using them again for more items needed in the yard for our patio as well. Kylan, you made it very easy for us & explained all the options like a true professional. The furniture is beautiful and will last for generations. One would be making a mistake if they didn't check this company out when shopping for furniture. You definitely get what you pay for & the prices are compatible to the competition. So why make the backroads trek to the source? For one thing, you can sneak a peek at the cheese-making operation. The process is very labor-intensive. Better still, you can walk around the corner to see the much more automated milking operation. A couple years ago, team Kenny invested in a new barn and robots to feed and milk the cows. They use lasers to read the cow udders, people. LASERS ON UDDERS I tell ya. Another reason to visit is that they've set up two very reasonably-priced Airbnb rooms in that sparkling new barn, right above the cows. Yes, they leave cheese samples in the refrigerator. Bring your own wine and bug spray and kick back on the patio. Pet the many cats. Meet Kenny if you're lucky. Hike in nearby Mammoth Cave. Who doesn't need a cheese weekend? I sure do. We really enjoyed our cheese-centered vacation and I now intend to center future vacations on cheese-related destinations. Finally, the store likely carries some specialty cheeses that your local store doesn't. Stock up, eat up, brag to your friends.

I have had Kirby and Poe sausage at 5th Street Cafe in Bowling Green Ky and it is always delicious…read more I was going to be hosting guests in my home this weekend and I wanted to give them a special treat for breakfast. My sister and I went to the business in Alvaton to pick up some sausage. There was a sign out by the road that said "Kirby and Poe" with an arrow. I turned into the driveway and noticed a building with a glass door that you could not clearly see inside with no identifying signs on the building. I parked and walked around the side of the building with no clear markings on the side. I cautiously opened the door and three people were right inside looking out the door. I said "I wasn't sure if this is a business or customer entrance". A man sitting to the left said "yeah we have an open door policy here". I said " I wasn't sure if this is where I needed to enter" We then noticed on the open wooden door the sign with the hours of operation. I turned to face the menu on the wall to my right and my sister noticed the man seated, made a face and rolled his eyes behind my back towards a man behind the counter. I could tell by the interaction with the man I was facing that something was happening behind me. It was a very awkward experience. I was a little taken aback by the situation and after paying nearly left my purchase because I just wanted to get out of there. Which added to the awesomeness of the experience. I did not feel welcomed in this business and I know made fun of when I left. A sign on the outside of your business building would be helpful to let customers know you are in the right place if "you are going to have an open door policy " and then maybe making your customers feel welcomed instead of mocked behind their backs would be good.
