This is an excellent music store. They have lots of guitars, both electric and acoustic. They had lots of drums as well as other instruments as well. They also have old albums and even 45s for sale! What made this store so special was the time they spend with you to ensure you get the assistance you need. They were very knowledgeable, at least about the guitars. They also let our 11 year old try out a couple of the guitars. He's had lessons for almost a year, so he knew the basics. They didn't rush him and let him try a couple of different ones. This is probably the highlight of the vacation for him. read more

Unfortunately I can't give this place a good review. I never do reviews but this was bad. I took a Les Paul in for a fret crown and polish. I also took a strat pick guard to get rewired. They leveled a few frets on the Paul. I wanted a complete crown and polish. I made it very clear. It plays ok but that's not what I asked for. The strat pickguard is totally wrong. Some of the pickup settings don't work at all others sound weak. I'll have to have it redone. Just to be clear I've been a guitarist for 50 years and the guy that did all my work before was Buddy Guys guitar tech so I know good work. As a store it's fine. Just don't get work done there. read more

Very dishonorable business practices. I was charged overnight shipping as the item was required next day and received 2 day shipping. On 2018/08/30 when the item was received late I called to ask for the credit for overnight shipping. Brad agreed to it as it was admitted that is was their error and I was told I would see the credit immediately. On 2018/11/30 I followed up with Brad and what I got was story as to why I didn't deserve the credit, the fiction of a slippery sales you-know-what! Do yourself and AVOID! read more

Recieved a used guitar that was significantly not as described in the listing. Their policy is to pay for return shipping if a customer ships back a guitar that is not as described. I had to pay out of pocket $50 to send it back and was basically told I'm SOL getting refunded for that. My advice to this company would be to better describe your listings in the first place and stand behind your return policies. read more

This store bought 2 guitars I had stolen from me same day, then resold them either the same day or day after by there own admission. in my opinion they knew they were stolen since my cousin who stole them cant play guitar, doesn't know anything about guitars, and the store wouldn't even wait the 10 days required by law to resale. local law enforcement cited the store with a ticket, or at least told me they did and im trying to get my Gibson and blue ridge guitar back. This great man Brad has not been nice about the situation and refuses to tell me who he sold the guitars too just says he sold them, if he would have waited at least 48 hours I would have my guitars now. This is not a business transaction that occurred in good faith and I believe everyone could agree.
