I will preface this with I move a lot for work, every 18 months or so I am relocated, so this is my 6th move in 8 years. I have worked directly with many different companies across the US and I would say that by far bridge realty is the worst realtor. My agent for the home I just purchased is with Edina and throughout the process bridge has been none responsive, and damn near impossible to work with. Right now on yelp they have 5 stars, interesting considering they have a closed account with 1 star (attached). Avoid them and go with Someone that actually cares about the client and the sale rather than a weekend realtor who could care less and wants a paycheck.

Joe was…read moredismissive of our concerns at our final walkthrough stating that his seller had already signed her closing docs and he was done with the transaction. He also said that we couldn't prove that the home wasn't in that condition when we wrote our purchase offer two months prior. On closing day, the home was left a disgusting mess, which is only relevant because Joe was living there and that was never disclosed. There we're more problems that were revealed and Joe would not respond to our agent. Bridge Realty would not respond to our agent either. I would steer clear of this group, especially Joe- unethical, gross and shady.

In a few short words - I love Uptown Realty. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Graham who…read morehelped me purchase my first home. To say that I was completely ignorant of everything that went into searching for a house is an understatement. I think it'd be understandable for anyone to lose patience with someone who couldn't make up her mind about what she wanted in a home or what she could afford. Scott never made me feel like a burden or like I was uneducated about the housing market. Because he knew that I was a first-time home buyer, he took extra time during our showings to point out important things to take note of that I may not have otherwise paid attention to. He also went into detail about purchase agreements and other contracts to make sure I understood what I was signing. He was always prompt in his email and text responses and made me feel totally valued as a client. I tried working with other realtors from larger firms - mostly because I got a cash incentive from my insurance company to do so - but they very much had a sales mentality or weren't willing to compromise with my expectations or timeline. I ended up foregoing a $600 cash bonus to work with Scott because the impression he left was so much better than the other realtors I tried. He was the only one who I felt I could trust completely. Not only was Scott an excellent realtor, but also he became a great friend of mine. Although I'm so excited to have bought a home, I miss talking to Scott every day and driving around like mad men to showings. I couldn't be happier with my new home and with the person who helped me get it. Thank you, Scott, for everything you have done for me!

Jen from Birchwood Blue Homes helped me refresh the livingroom in my older home in late 2018. My…read morefurniture was totally worn out, having suffered the effects of years of being jumped and spilled on by my kids. But I never seemed to have the time or energy to replace it myself--I was paralyzed by the idea of wanting to change so much but not having any idea how to make it all work together. Jen put me at ease right away when she walked into my house. She has such a positive and thoughtful vibe...she is totally in tune with her clients' thoughts and feelings. She began by having me collect images of decor that I like--not specific pieces (that would have overwhelmed me) but images to give her a sense of what I wanted my new livingroom to be like. We then decided on a key piece-- a beautiful rug that she found on sale-- and built the rest of the decor from there. She has a great eye for style and is attentive to budget; she is excellent at presenting options of various costs and explaining what you get for each level of spending. She's so good that she transformed what was once a paralyzing situation into a fun experience! And the entire family loves our new livingroom. It is comfortable, practical, and beautiful at the same time! So totally worth it. During the time Jen was working with me, she happened to be remodeling and refreshing a home in my neighborhood, preparing it to sell. I stopped by to check it out. Amazing. She took a challenging and needy space and made it shine, move-in ready. I was super impressed with how fast she did such high quality work. That home sold quickly for a price that made her client very happy. Very rare is Jen's combination of attention to detail, huge people skills, strong financial sense, and style. I highly recommend her for selling, staging, organizing, or refreshing your home.

Jenny stepped in and worked magic! She helped me clean up my mess, organize my stuff, and finally get rid of that storage container that hung like a 20ft metal albatross around my neck for over 10 years. Jenny's style is all about positivity and persistence - a lifesaver for a curmudgeonly slacker like me. Change is hard for some of us, but Jenny is a gentle and effective change agent.
