Substituting with white roses a stretch, specially when the occasion was an anniversary. And I put in the order a week ahead so you would figure they would plan and find the right color or at least red in that time. To top it off, they are the most expensive dozen roses I have ever ordered through a florist. I will definitely never order from this place again. I rather get them from Walmart for $15 and they be the right color.

Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I was accused of knowingly taking a plant that wasn't mine... which makes no sense. How would any customer possibly know that? Mistakes happen, I understand that. But how a business handles those mistakes is what really matters. Being blamed for something completely out of my control, after being a loyal customer, was disappointing and frustrating. I hope they take a closer look at how they handle customer issues moving forward. This experience definitely changed my perception. I would NOT recommend .

The problem the owner had with the order was between herself and the employee that took the order. She took her frustration out on the wrong person. If the owner had a problem with the order she needed to call my Mother (her phone number was on the order) and let her know the cost would be different than what she was quoted OR cancel the order completely. Instead she decided to verbally berate a 110 lb, 70 year old woman to her face. This is beyond poor management, this was a total lack of respect, consideration and kindness towards another human being. I cant recommend purchasing anything from this shop due to the treatment received by the owner.

I only had time to pick up as unfortunately Flower Mound was outside their delivery zone. Glanced over at the gift shop and couldn't wait to come back. So I came back the next day. They had clothing at 40% off and a 50% off table. I'm a gift giver but always looking for a deal. This for me was the negative. Overpriced. The 50% final price is what I would pay full price for. Then as I pursued the rest of the shop everything was overpriced. It's not for me but as far as the flower arrangement I will definitely get my future flowers there.
