I think I would try with cheddar and/or without the cream cheese next time. It was good, just the flavors in my combo didn't all go together in my opinion. There were high tables and regular tables to sit at, everything was clean. There was a small area for shopping off to the side where you could find stickers, cups, sweat shirts, and so much more. My second trip here was on my own. The person at the counter was very helpful and patient as I determined what I wanted and asked questions. She made the suggestion for my drink. She even let me know that the largest size was a 32oz, so I backed down to a 24oz. I had veggie wrap and a huckleberry frappe. I took them to go. The three friends were kind enough to decline. My sister and I approach and the young woman at the window takes our order and then the situation declines from there. It should have been a simple matter of paying but the woman ignored my outstretched hand with my card multiple times. She kept going to the drive-up window. She forgot what we ordered at one point (probably because she was all over the place rather than finishing our order). She never looked us in the eye. Finally she starts reading off our order and it includes the drinks and food of the two women that were ahead of us. When we correct her she then looks at us and says, "oh, you've never been here." (Not true. Was in a few days earlier and the same girl waited on me.) Meanwhile my drink has been sitting on the counter this whole time. She finally gets it all straightened out and while processing our payment then starts asking random personal question, again, never looking me in the eye. Then because they had to overnight new tuxedos for all the groomsmen, they wanted us to drive to Missoula on the day of the wedding to pick up the new tuxedos!! The maid of honor had to drive to Missoula on the day of her sisters wedding. If the wedding had not been planned for 5 pm, the tuxedos would not have been there in time. These people are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and childish. While in the shop, the bride realized they had brought the wrong color chairs, and the dance floor had a hole in it. It was a complete mess. After leaving the shop, they called the groom and told him, "they were not impressed with the wedding party." When your customers are not happy with service you do, you do not complain to the people who hired you. Never, never, never do any business with this shop!
