When I made a claim in January 2023, he told me he changed my deductible from $1000 to 1%. So instead of giving me a check for $5000.00 I get hardly anything. He didn't call me to discuss this change why would he I would drop him and find a different company. Poor excuse for a human. When I asked him why he didn't call me he said we don't do that we send out a mailer. Good luck with this loser he will make changes to your policy and you will never know it until it's too late.
