Got off the Interstate, found his shop and and he looked at my situation immediately. Used his scanner and determined it was not a transmission problem, but an engine, problem as he read out the code. Then he called a couple of diesel shops for me and provided directions.. Awesome guy and an honest shop.I recommend his service to anyone who wants an honest job. 2 hours later The problem was fixed and I carried on to Niagara Falls , Ontario Canada. Thank you so much David it was a pleasure to meet someone who cares....He even followed -up the following morning by calling me to make sure I got on the road OK. This business is a freaking nightmare of a joke! After we were told an estimate and 3-5 day time…read morefor service we left our vehicle with this business March 23. We were contacted in May to pick it up because if was finished....LIE. The vehicle was still not fixed. Took it back that same week. We were told it would be finished by the following Friday it was not. They stopped answering our calls. When they finally dos they cussed at us and threatened us like them being incompetent was our fault or something. Finally July 22 they called us and said it was finished. We went out there and picked it up and paid it in full. Guess what? ITS STILL NOT FIXED!!! It also came back on empty, with no oil and completely filthy!! Grease on the floor, doors, and grease paw prints and dog hair everywhere! Dogs chewed all my paper and personal belongings inside. What makes me the most ticked off is the lies and wasting money for a car that was never fixed. I hope the attorney general takes their license away!!
