When I finally got the amp back after he serviced it, it was better than new. He charged a fair price and kept in regular contact with status updates while he had the amp. I called and made an appointment to have it looked at. 9 am appointment and told it would take about half an hour. Called to check on it at noon and was told they just finished it. Went in and talked with the tech and he told me it wasn't installed by them because the connections were not what they have used for many years. I told him they installed and he with an attitude he said they could look it up. I assume he was the owner that looked it up an said that in fact that they did install it. I believe it was poor workmanship in the installation and was not happy with everyones attitude so just left $100.00 lighter and would not recommend. L
