They also exercise an incredible amount of patience - even when my girlfriend and I took up to half an hour deciding between two different kinds of vases! Though it was bought as a gift, we were very appreciative of the shop assistant's attempts to make an informed decision based on our home decor and preferences. He also gift-wrapped it as soon as we committed to buy - I commend that sort of enthusiasm!

Hip and funky accessories line shelves and wall brackets, all pleading to be worn and taken home. I've picked up some fabulous items here from my last visit. A wine rack which I turned into a shoe rack ($10), a cat painting ($5), kitchenware ($12) and tops (under $10). A must to visit if you haven't already. There are books available here too, last time I visited I spent a good 10 minutes leafing through a book about the life and designs of Coco Chanel, of course I didn't buy it because it was $50, besides, I'd already read it hadn't I? If I need a pen I just go in and use one and then leave, they should really monitor people like me! But, considering these guys don't, that makes them 3 stars in my book! The shop window actually makes me want to go into the store even less but I think Three Birds is handy when you forgot to buy a present for your aunties birthday and you need something quick smart.
