I've just discovered a box of dirty dishes that they stuffed in a cupboard, some with mildew on them. There is no way that those dishes were already there. I was also greatly concerned that they brought a child into a house that was already described as a disaster area and that of course has serious health and safety concerns. Such a shame - I would seriously try elsewhere even if it does cost more money.

Absolutely atrocious, had moved appointments around when their last (inexperienced and bone idle)…read morecleaner failed to show up and notified on the morning and to have it happen a second time was more than inconvenient. The fact that the owner had to come and assist just shows what a unprofessional operation this is. I feel a lot of the dirt around the cooker had been moved around rather than actually cleaned and considering I had clearly requested a deep clean this is not good enough. They are cheap but you certainly get what you pay for, no shows and a poor job. I would advise anyone else to pay slightly more, at the end of the day these people are being given access to your home too and if the staff can't be relied upon to show up then goodness knows what else they might get up to without supervision.
