Maisie May Bridal have been absolutely amazing, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for their dream wedding dress. All the staff are friendly and can not help enough, I have been made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process of choosing and buying my wedding dress and I went back to get my bridesmaids dresses as well. There are not many places that give you the level of service that I have received from Clair and Jean. I can not imagine using anyone else. In addition to this their dresses are reasonably priced and simply stunning. I would recommend you give them a call and make an appointment. I first tried on my dress before they got the premises on Mundesley Road and I was given the time to try on every dress I liked with no time limit on my appointment, I have never been rushed or pushed with making any decisions. The ladies at Maisie May have not only been professional and helpful I now class them as friends rather than simply shop staff. I bought dress from here in their sale in January. I paid £245. When I tried it on 7 weeks before my wedding, it was falling apart and the buckle had gone rusty. It had also been glued on and was hanging off! The owners were so rude and unprofessional and refused to give refund. I took to 2 different dressmakers who said it would cost so much to repair so I had to go to different shop and buy new dress. I was told it looks like a chinese ebay dress!
