Nice website, service is lacking. I had to call several locations including the alleged headquarters in Mexico City many times to get anyone on the phone that knew what was going on. Oh well, it's Mexico, tomorrow, maybe. The clothing is well constructed with lovely fabrics, the designs are edgy however, they have an awkward quality to them ( the fit). The website shows promise but in reality, no one over 30 would would look anything but goofy in the cothes, thus marketed to the very young, ethereal bodies. The well dressed women of substance have remarked that the one size fits all to the very small sizes make it difficult to even try on. The best thing in my opinion are the fabrics. I have worked with top designers from around the world including Valentino, where I had business dealings with the company in the Rome headquarters prior to their move to Paris, therefore I can honestly say I know a thing or two about good fashion design and marketing.

I always buy my sneakers there, they were the first place I could find a pair of Veja sneakers in Mexico. This is such a special spot and I'm so happy they continue to be a force in the city. I was looking for. When I travel out of country, I always try to get a souvenir from a Louis Vuitton store. Louis Vuitton at Palacio de Hierro Polanco in Mexico City was here I went to look. The store wasn't busy at all the multiple times I went in but the service was impeccable for a Louis Vuitton. The client advisor who helped me was Sebastian and his English was perfect! The service I got from him was the best I have ever received from a LV. I bought a pocket organizer one day and was torn about getting a second item, but I went back the next day to get the second item I was thinking about. Sebastians help and how nice and friendly he was did play a big part of me going back and getting my second item. When I'm back in CDMX (hopefully soon), I will return and get another souvenir and make sure to see Sebastian.

For those that are unfamiliar, the styling and pricing is a cross somewhere between Hollister and H&M. Admittedly, this store was quite packed with people and I had a tough time finding sizing (medium and large was hard to find). But pricing, especially due to the strong USD, made for a bag full of clothes for very little money. Picked up some essentials here, shirt socks beanie for less than 20USD total. Crazy cheap. I would recommend people shopping here as the quality of clothes is surpassingly good for the price. Case in point, I'm still rocking a Pull and Bear sweater I bought in Spain 3 years ago. My husband bought me a jacket from here as a gift but it didn't quite fit so we headed back to exchange it. I was wary that a store in a market like this would have an exchange policy but sure enough they did. The guy that helped us was really kind and got me all the sizes, colors and styles I wanted to try on. I ended up with a dark brown leather bomber jacket...the leather is soft, it fits great, and it looks like a jacket I would have paid a lot more for in New York. They have black, brown, tan, mint green, hot pink, white leather and all the styles you can think of. There were a lot of purses but I spent so much time looking at the jackets I didn't have time to sort through those. Next time I'll be sure to. This place is definitely a find!
