Figuring they'd make up for that in service, I was ok with that. Boy, was I wrong. The two guys that were sent to complete the work did a good job, let me put that out there. But, they don't like to work. Every time they'd come out to work on my flooring they'd leave for a couple hours saying they left a tool somewhere. This was every single time. And they both had to go get it. After coming back they'd work an hour or so and then one would get a call on the others cell phone and then they'd say they have to leave because the guy's wife wanted him home. Then when asked when they were coming back they'd say "well, we have this job to do and it's rental property".. paraphrasing of course. This was every single day they were there. They'd leave, come back, wife would call, they'd leave. I was always shuffled around bigger jobs. And, they were not hesitant to tell me that. Not taking quarantine in account, it took them 5 weekends to complete the flooring on my 1300 sq ft home. 5 weekends(Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays).. that's 15 days total. On the last day they came out to finally complete the work, sure enough.. they forgot a tool and said they were driving down the road to a store to buy it and return. They were gone two hours. They returned and I thought finally, I'm going to get this floor done. About an hour after being back, sure enough.. a call from the other guy's wife.. he has to go home. So, they say they have to leave with literally 20 minutes left of work on my floor to complete it. I let them know I wasn't happy that they were leaving, they left anyway.. said they'd return the next day. When I saw that they left their heavy tools and equipment in front of my kitchen pantry that I couldn't get to it, I called them and told them again I wasn't happy. They refused to come back until I got angry, then they cussed me out in the background(thinking I couldn't hear it) and reluctantly agreed to come back. They came back to finish and didn't say a word to me or my children. All in all.. the work done is good quality. But, they don't like to work. This should have been done in one weekend. I don't like the hassle I had to go through to get it done. The quality of the flooring is good as well, I like it. The selection could have been better, but not concerned. I called the owner because I'm not sure if he's aware that they leave jobs like that to return hours later to only leave it unfinished. Maybe he pays them by the hour, I don't know. Anyway, owner never called me back. I gave him a week to call. So, I left this review.

He walked me through potential moisture issues that can come up and how to mitigate them so that I get the best life out of the floor. We had a very thorough conversation of products that other competitors offer in the area and the pros and cons of them. Best of all, I believe the price they charge for the coating is extremely fair for what you get. Because I really love working in the garage and wanted the longest life of the floor possible, I opted to go with a bulletproof coating option, way more than he would recommend as well as custom color flakes picked by me. They definitely were willing to do the custom work without question. Andrew provided a sample to me and made sure I was very happy with the plan before moving forward. They installed the flooring very quickly. Best of all, my house did not smell like a chemical warehouse when all was said and done. They use very low VOC products and I was happy to personally verify that. I have had flooring done in the past by other places and some of the products that are out there can really make you regret your purchase when you smell them in your home or office. They were able to schedule a time that fit my own schedule, since I work nights, and were the most professional of any contractor I've had at my place. Example, they laid down floor protection all the way from my condo entrance to my bedroom door they were going to replace. They also were the only company that used a shop vac. Aside from their excellent work at reasonable rates, they are a personable couple who work well together and truly show that they care about you as a customer and about doing things right. I HIGHLY recommend them for any home carpentry repairs. There are many shysters and charlatans out there, and it was a welcome change to deal with such considerate and professional people who know what they are doing.
