They didn't notify the bank either because the bank wasn't alerted until they already had my car for 3 weeks. So they are basically holding hostage the car of a single Mom, with two medically fragile kids and who already lost one child to cancer. This is after me getting out of a 5 year long abusive relationship and just trying to get my car fixed so l can work and support my two medically fragile kids. So yeah wouldn't recommend them. Praying my bank can repo my car now, and then I get the fees tacked onto my loan that I am current on. They marked it as being abandoned when it wasn't abandoned. Because my car was not in repot. So l am truly just praying now that all the parties responsible for this mess, including Lance for not notifying me and the bank until the fees were too expensive for a single mother with two disabled kids to be able to get it out. Cause if I was notified with in 72 hours it would have only been about 75$, not 1000, truly feels like a scam.

After the exam, I was told straight up that my dog didn't need dental cleaning, so I could not book the service. I decided to purchase heartworm preventatives using their online pharmacy, but after EIGHT attempts in a month to get the medication, the order was rejected EVERY SINGLE TIME by their veterinarian. Each time the reason was that there was a prescription on file already so they could not approve an order request, but there WAS no prescription on file to begin with. All I can assume is that Pawproject wants my dog to get heartworm infection and die. I hate Pawproject and will report them to the Georgia Board of Veterinary Medicine. Don't go there.

I contacted him yesterday saying I had everything (including 2 box springs and mattresses) and he said he'd be here at 10:00 today. Sure enough, 10:00 on the dot the doorbell rang. 45 minutes later Oscar had everything out of the house and loaded onto his trailer! Very reasonable, very courteous and quick! What more can you ask for? Don't hesitate to call him, he'll do you a good job!

Over the course of two days, I requested a tow through Life360. Two different companies -- Angel Towing and Reece to the Rescue -- both failed to show up, canceled without notice, and refused to answer their phones or respond to messages. Angel Towing accepted the dispatch, then immediately canceled stating their driver had a flat tire--yet never followed up or offered a solution. They just canceled my request and submitted my request to Reece to the Rescue Towing. Reece to the Rescue was assigned next, but never arrived and ignored every call and text to their listed number. When I contacted Life360 support, things got even worse. I was repeatedly given disconnected or incorrect phone numbers and told to "call back later." The agent refused to escalate me to an actual supervisor or customer service representative, stating chat-only support -- even after I made it clear I had already been stranded for hours. Because of this repeated negligence, I missed my repair shop's operating window and lost an entire day trying to get basic assistance I was promised and paying for. --- Bottom Line: Life360's roadside assistance system is broken. It was once top-notch, now somehow they have ran it into the ground. Angel Towing and Reece to the Rescue are completely unreliable partners. If you value your time and safety, do NOT rely on any of these companies in an emergency.
