Then they extended it by another week, making it three weeks. After that, they deferred it by yet another week. Today, they are saying it will be ready next week, which will make it a total of five weeks. This kind of service is unacceptable. They don't seem to know when they can finish the task, and if that's the case, they shouldn't have taken the car in the first place. For the first two weeks, they blamed RACQ, claiming that approval was delayed. But what are they doing now? They've deferred the completion three more times since then. Last week, they said the car was painted and needed to dry, and it would be delivered this week. Today, they're saying the same thing again--that it's painted and needs to dry. This is absolutely absurd and frustrating.

Ever since I have been delighted with the car along with being happy with the price paid. Last month I discovered I had failed to have my car checked at a shop in order to maintain the warranty (stupid Yank). Calling the dealership, I plead my case. The following day I was amazed to receive a call stating my warranty had been reinstated thanks solely to John Anthony Motors interceding on my behalf with the company who holds the vehicle warranty.
