I've had my hair colored blonde and bleached for years and multiple times here to know it wasn't damaged to a point what I was asking for wasn't feasible. I now have orange hair with no refund because they thought only clarifying shampoo with no additional toner would be enough I know my hair well enough to know that would never work and they are refusing to refund. Were VERY nasty with their attitudes regardless of how upset I was (almost cried) and with me being a reoccurring client. Owners are now refusing to speak to me. Highly unprofessional and truthfully extremely low class behavior given I was SO beyond nice and sweet in my original concerns voicing that I just didn't like my hair at all. My hair is now tons of different colors in different lighting when I was very clear I wanted my sides to match my roots and the face frame to be a blonde she previously toned me with. My inspiration picture was for placement of the blend only. It got to a point they were trying to convince me I told her I wanted black hair which would never be a thought in my mind because I hate my hair dark. (Blonde picture of me is what I was trying to convey for my face frame color which she has done on me many times previously). Do not recommend at all. The moment you express a concern they might scream at you. Specifically Anjelica was the rudest one raising her voice and putting words in my mouth that were never said. She screamed at me multiple times in the salon and over the phone. Rather than want to make sure her client was happy she decided to yell and argue like trash instead.

I had a makeup trial before where I looked overly contoured and super bronze. Sanela did the exact opposite and made me look so pretty! I had a lovely Saturday after she did my makeup and got so many compliments. Sanela took beautiful photos of me for her records and made notes on what kind of makeup and face products she used on me.
