I scheduled a date for the estimator, Todd, to come out. Todd was straight forward, honest and not pushy at all, which I appreciated, because I wasn't sure I would be able to afford gutters, based on a previous quote from another vendor. Todd measured, took photos and prepared a quote the same day. The price was $5,600 LESS than a previous quote. I asked how long it would take to be placed on the installation schedule, and he said about 2 weeks after my deposit was received. I made the deposit online the next day and had beautiful new seamless gutters ten days later! I couldn't wait for the first rainfall to see how well they worked, and I'll tell you, I wish I'd found them years ago!

I canceled the next day via email the person Jeremy said i would get a refund in 28 days . THAT WAS JANUARY he was really rude had he not been I may have taken his discount. So I would like to warn everyone about Dalton Family Construction. Shane, the owner, was hired to…read moreinstall a fence to divide my backyard to install a pool and keep our kids safe. He was also going to install new kitchen cabinets, a new sliding glass door, and a new back door but he did not get past the fence. I tried several times to get Shane to look at the problems but each time he would postpone the meeting. They used nails that went through the pickets and 2x4 s, the hinges and latches were installed only to the pickets, the 2x4 s are completely off level, they cut most of the protruding nails but left many, after a week the gate no longer lines up or latches, part of the gate was made with used/ weathered 2x4, the first post was placed where it will interfere with the door he was supposed to install later, and in one spot in the middle he created a weak spot by joining both the bottom and top 2x4 runs at nearly the same spot (not with a post). Gutter Girl was there (thank goodness) to oversee them and corrected them repeatedly. She also installed gutter guards for us and what a relief!
