I took my cat there, thinking he had a UTI. Only vet techs talked to me and they could not extract any urine from him manually. They sent us home with a $70 bill and WE DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE VET! Several weeks later, we took him to a different vet and he has a UTI and crystals. He and we have been suffering all this time. Shame on them. I would go to this vet unless you can see Dr. Westling. I think the worst thing is she does not care about the owners opinions or concerns at all. I was told "No" to multiple things I requested based off of her acting like a know it all. She tried to force change our c section due date and refused to listen to me tell her why I wanted the day I scheduled. She was extremely rude arguing with me telling me she doesn't believe in progesterone testing or counting from ovulation. Told me I was going to kill my puppies. Long story short she changed our scheduled date to day 64 from ovulation against my wishes and go figure my female needed the c section on the day I originally scheduled for anyways! Then we get there asking for an X-ray pre c section and she said no we can't have one because we don't need a puppy count. Then she gave our girl under anesthesia ear medication and a rabies vaccine before letting us know it was being prescribed. It felt disrespectful and unsafe to have a tech take over and not be willing to listen to the owners/ paying customers at all. A couple times I asked "is that safe?" And she just sharply said yep. Not willing to discuss anything or conversate at all. Maybe she just really doesn't like me because I didn't like being told that I had no choice in keeping my schedules properly planned c section appointment last minute and she doesn't like to be questioned. But that's basic customer service and any caring owner would be concerned. I am very experienced so not new at all. I've never dealt with someone so cold. I need this clinic for two more upcoming appointments so I really hope she doesn't make it a nightmare like she did the last. It was almost enough to want to find a different clinic all together. Without the unprofessional demeanor of her, we had a great experience and felt that everyone else there were very caring and friendly. Very knowledgeable surgeon too. Side note: for the people complaining about them hassling you for payment after they provided you services, get real.. barely any vet will provide services without payment at time of service now regardless of situation strictly because people don't pay their bills! It's not the vets fault if you can't afford it. And to berate them for sending your bill to collections? Why didn't you pay?

Such a clean facility and up to date equipment to handle all emergencies. We would never go anywhere else. we are over 35 miles away and still go there and always will. We appreciate Dr Fjelds cander and empathy when we have to make those tough decisions about our pets. Dr Ceara is a great addition to the staff and Hiedi and Jolie are the BEST!
