Have to admit I enjoyed the chorizo one way more! The queso fundido was out of this world and the mushrooms were fresh and flavorful and had infused the cheese with that slight mushroom taste. I ordered an egg quote omelette w chorizo. I also asked for vegetables on my omelette but I think the Waitress miss understood and gave me a side of broccoli and carrots. Which is fine the buffet had a variety of fresh made dishes and fresh made tortillas. The device was decent we send to a Saturday morning which was busy. Coffee was just ok. I am giving 3 starts because my dish did not tasted as good as I expected a bit dry and lacking f flavor.
