Never had a problem and the staff are friendly as well. I like credit union rates as well. They are usually lower than regular banks and definitely lower than car dealerships. The staff at this branch of Regions Bank is always very nice and friendly. However, the line to…read morecounter is always excessive. They have several clerk spots at their front counter, but it's hardly ever staffed by more than 2 people. I guess that's a sign of the times, but it seems to be worse at this branch than at other branches in the area. Regions has branches nearly everywhere, which is a good reason to use them... otherwise, they simply don't offer that much... long lines, no interest in basic checking, and high fees on regular checking accounts as well. Again, their staff is always very friendly, so there's no issue with them at all.
