Took my Ducati in to get the rear brake bled and my wheel was scratched. The scratches were right below the caliper port were they hook up the equipment. I know that no shop will ever admit to damaging your bike and they will come up with all the reasons why it wasn't them but i am the owner and i know my motorcycle from top to bottom especially with how expensive Ducatis are. I had washed the bike a few days before taking it in and there were no scratches. I have also only had service done once before on my rear tire and that was to replace it and Malcom Smith did the maintenance. I have attached pictures and will update review if it ever gets fixed which i know it wont since they wont ever take fault and accountability. read more

I called right back and at first he denied it was him that just hung up on me but he had already told me his name. We should have known what we were in store for when we were entering, and the sales guy in front of us let the door close on us rather than holding it. Inside, my boyfriend headed straight for the motorcycles, money burning a hole in his pocket. Several staff either stared at us or avoided eye contact all together. NOT EVEN A HELLO. Maybe it was just their standard procedure of rudeness, but with me being black, and my boyfriend being Latin, I can't help but sense a racial element to the non-service we received. Never again. This was definitely not a good experience I went out of my way especially living quite far to purchase a Kawasaki JetSki that was confirmed to be available over the phone. I was lured by a web of lies. Upon arriving the sales person, named Chip, took me to the back storage, and showed me the JetSki. I was Immediately sold and started doing the paperwork. Chip asked me for all my sensitive information, social security, etc. He took my ID to the back I'm assuming he went with the management team. Chip then came out and bluntly told me that the unit was already sold. I was in shock and extremely confused. I firmly believe they didn't want to sell to me because of my race(hispanic). Especially when I text him that I was on my way. There was never any mention that the unit was already sold Taking my business somewhere else where they value the customers. I'm writing this review because of the 180° turnaround of my opinion of Malcolm Smith Motorsports. I came in here August 2024 with a Motorcycle to trade-in to purchase a Kawasaki ZX 10. I wanted that bike bad. The salesman was very young and very nice he had no idea that he had a buyer in front of them. Everyone should be considered a buyer. So I told him what I wanted and asked him to find out if it could be done. I happen to be in the automotive industry and that very nice young man could never work for me. The shame is it's not his fault he was never trained properly. Then I came back one time and the guys on the floor were more interested in their own conversations than they were With making a sale. I already bought a bike that same week. Today I came in with a friend of mine and we were looking around. We were greeted promptly by a salesman Ken who went over everything we wanted to know. His Product knowledge was slightly lacking but very nice guy would definitely do business with him. Then I went over to look at some jackets for riding. Sara was truly the reason for me writing this review. She was extremely thorough, helpful , and nice. If she didn't know something, she went and found out. While the salesman was pushing slightly he was doing his job. I don't think they realize what they have in Sarah. She should not be in clothing she should be selling vehicles. Well unfortunately it was too good to be true. My husband put 100 miles on the bike and the "low oil pressure" light came on. It's under warranty so they took it back and are "working" on it. We understand the supply chain issues and that parts are hard to come by but the lack of communication among other things is why we're updating to 1 star. We had to make another 3 hour drive back to MSM to finally figure out what was going on with the bike because nobody was getting back to us. When we got there one of the service guys said "as of May 10, we don't know when the part will be in" and the same guy then told us "if you can find the part on eBay you can do it yourself"...umm that will void the warranty!!! We decided it would be better to trade it in for another bike as to not miss out on the riding season. While talking numbers with Bryan, it seemed like we could make another deal happen, but suddenly the sales manager Danny stepped in and snatched the rug out from under us, while simultaneously playing helper. He told us to go to lunch while they talk to the banks and crunch the numbers. What they came back with was a 14k price tag on a bike that was on sale for 9,999, and they wanted another 500 for a down payment, and Danny saying it's the best they can do. Now my husband is a numbers guy so he looked at the paperwork and noticed they put the new bike back to regular price and tacked on 3k that we're supposedly upside down on with the brand new bike we originally walked out with. How they think that's a good deal for us is mind boggling. And it's also not what we had been discussing with Bryan. After all that, my husband was introduced to Troy the service manager I believe, who admitted that they're not doing enough to get our bike out in a timely manner and said he'll call around to see if they can find the part elsewhere. I'm sorry but why did we have to drive 3 hours to get people to try a little harder??? I really wish we could've posted a picture with another bike along with a review saying how great everything worked out again, but as of now, this is where we stand. Josh shared a lot of the experiences he had when he first started riding and cleared a lot of the questions I had as a new rider. We had already purchased imitation bikes and had to learn the hard way cheaper is not better. The price difference for the Super 73 was worth every dollar. He discussed our purchase with his manager and they gave us a good price for quality bikes. The manager, other salesman who shared information, and the cashier were all friendly. These electric bikes have been a blast. Dependable, easy to ride and we felt were fast (25mph). I would recommend checking out the different models of the super 73. You won't be disappointed. I came in knowing what bike I wanted (which I happened to buy the last 2019 KTM 250 SX-F) and Alex made the transaction process super easy, comfortable, and got it done efficiently. Mike was my financial guy for all the paperwork and he also made it a joy to be at the shop, which means a lot considering you are spending a chunk of money for a new bike (plus, doing paperwork sucks). The service department has such terrible customer service they picked up my rzr for a recall and 3 weeks went by with no update at all so I had to be the one calling and dealth with a guy named Mark...well after I called I asked what the update was and mark tells me it's been done for 2 weeks than he said let me call you back and never did so here I go calling again and this time I'm upset...after I called they scheduled a drop off day now my rzr hasn't been started for quite some time so the battery must of died maybe a needs charge so mark calls me saying there dropping it off "as is" I'm like where is the customer service?? If I could they'd get a negative review for service!!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR JET SKIS THERE!!! Gary Opiola is a crooked Mother Fer!!!! First of all he texts to thank you for using Malcolm Motors. Then says it is his goal to keep you informed ( HE DID NOT TEXT UNTIL I TEXTED HIM TO ASK!!!). He tried to charge me $1,150.74 for some BULLSHIT on BRAND FUCKING NEW JETSKIS. They have 28 HOURS on each of them!!!!! Said I needed an oil change and spark plugs. (They needed "summerizing" after 28 FUCKING hours... cause maybe I was driving them "too slow". WTF?!?!? THEN when my cousin (a Male) called to speak with the Service Manager, all of a sudden, they didn't need either!!!! But, the bill is still $150. Even though they're still brand spanking new and under warranty. (Only because my cousin is a certified oil specialist!!!!) The service manager proceeds to tell him that their service department is used to "offering those services to customers, just in CASE they want it, even though they just bought them brand new a FUCKING month ago!). He says we can come and get them. We call 3 hours early to let them know we're coming, and when my cousin gets there he has to wait another HOUR cause they AREN'T READY!!! And, the saga isn't OVER!!!! We go to the lake and the MFers LEFT WATER IN ONE IF THE FUCKING JET SKIS AND NOW WE CANNOT GO BACK UNTIL WEEKEND AFTER NEXT!!!!
