Had my brake discs and pads changed here, when I picked up my car I drove about 3 miles before I heard a knocking, got louders and louder so I got out and checked around the car. One of the wheels was on an angle, it turned out to be the fact that they had not tightened the wheel nuts up sufficiently and the nuts on two wheels had started to sheer. When I approached the garage manager and explained to him what had happened, he insisted it wasn't done by his garage and pretty much shoved me away. I'm just thankful I wasn't on the motorway doing 60-70 when the nuts loosened.

I was toying with the idea of claiming on my insurance if the bill was big so D D could have charged me whatever they liked but they advised me to have just 2 new tyres at around £33 each as my car is old. I felt that they were trustworthy and I would definitely go there again.
