The mother con is a wonderful place to walk along the water of the bay. You'll find lots of people jogging or simpl strolling along enjoying the beautiful views of the bay, the boats, the birds, and the statues that are set up along the way. There are loads of restaurants and shops on the other side of the street. Coffee shops. Souvenir shops and stands. Bars. Restaurants of all kinds. Hotels. There are quite a few tourists and expats here. It will probably be approached by those who are selling tours to go watch the whales, whale sharks or to go fishing. A very pleasant experience. read more

So fun with tons of restaurants, shopping, benches to relax, and nice walking or biking along the…read moreboardwalk. Everyone is friendly and the view is beautiful. North of the Malecon is Playa Coromuel. Highly recommend this beach for calm waters, clean restrooms, and they have about 10 palapa for the public. Water is so clear, easy to spot fish. Lots of pelicans who dive to fish.

Beautiful Catedral in the La Paz historic district. It was one of the early Missions to have been…read morebuilt in the Baja Peninsula around the time of Hernan Cortes arrival in the area. Great spot to cool down and get out of the afternoon heat.
