The upstairs is where you'll find all the college gear, art, and some games; down below are the gifts, textbook pickup, general bookstore, and younger kids games and activities. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and while the prices are full retail for books and gifts, you will want to support the ability to browse by buying some stuff, we hope. He didn't clean up after the installation, and left shards of metal (from drilling screws into the window panes) all over the window sills and floors. The pull chains on the blinds are too short to be used without a step ladder, and when I pointed this out to the installer, he just laughed. Called the company to come back to install longer pull chains, and there has been no response. Do not recommend.
