This person Mareks Kocuba has done a lot of fraudulence in Latvia (he and his wife are from Latvia) and tries to hide himself in other countries. He borrows money and do not return it. He offers his services in building houses or in different other works and then disappears... He has a lot of unpaid loans. Last year he started a creditworthiness procedure in Latvia but the court refused to accept that, so he tries to cheat again and again to get money.
