Not familiar with the neighborhood but was there to assist with some volunteer work; went to store…read moreat 64th st and 1st ave; asked to use the restroom; with such disrespect - he said that it was out of order; asked where's the next closest gas station; he said that the next 5 gas stations bathrooms are out of order also. So the logical question to ask is do you own the next 5 gas stations and know this already - which i asked; he said to me, again with a bad attitude - "I don't have to answer that question" rather than assume the negative about someone based on the shade of their skin, why not respond and say either I'm sorry i don't know or i can't assist you. This gas station is located in a bad neighborhood, BUT who are its customers?? the same people that live in that neighborhood. in fact in order for you to do business in this bad neighborhood, you need a cash flow, the poor person's money. NEVER should a business assume the negative about ANYONE unless they give you reason to respond back to them in a negative way and still in business to avoid a conflict or violent situation is ALWAYS BEST to respond with respect and be positive. I was dressed business casual because of doing the volunteer work so please remind your gas station owners/partners and they are carrying the TEXACO name and you want you good relations with ALL people when possible. p.s. i was sure the location of this gas station was 59th and 1st, but location finder is saying different. thx
