I called the tax appraiser and the home was sold by a woman real estate agent in Wichita Falls, Texas. She and her husband are in the Real Estate Business there. I spoke with another real estate agent who gave me the names of this couple who sold this property. When I called them, they would not speak to me about it. Very unethical and a bad way to treat family of the deceased. I warn you not to use this firm at all. I have been disabled since 2009. I cannot stand liars and this attorney is one.
