First of all, let me say that me and my husband bought a few pieces of furniture in this place over the past couple of years. Last june we were looking for two chest of drawers. We found what we wanted, paid IN FULL, and asked them to hold them in store, until we cleared out our bedroom. I also called during the week to check on them, because I had a funny feeling. The girl who works at the store and who picks up the phone would not even check and told me "oh, I am sure they are still in the back of the store, we have very few customers ." Suspicious and her uncaring attitude upset me, but also the owner himself is quite abrupt. And the, as I said, WE HAD ALREADY PAID IN FULL. So, the same lady called me later in the week and told me" the furniture you got are unfortunately no longer available". Puzzled, I asked for an explanation and she repeated to me the exact same statement, not a word of explanation. I demanded the refund, which they did. Bad businees, shady unprofessional peole, they will never see me again.
