There is always a beautiful window display to tempt you inside and to show off the items for sale. Many of the items are handmade and so they are supporting amazingly talented local crafts people. The jewellery is beautiful, some contemporary and some traditional. Narberth has a great selection of speciality shops selling individual items and Audrey Bull is no exception. The real fire is lit all year round (and if you do the ghost tour of Tenby you'll find out why). It has such a cosy intimate and relaxed feel to it I could happily sit there for hours. The food is delicious, it's a much lighter menu than the one served upstairs and its less pricey but they still have a great selection of fresh home cooked food. They are licensed (I think you need to be ordering food in order to purchase alcohol) but they also do a wide selection of freshly squeezed juices, tea, coffee etc.

They came over on a Saturday (after I rang on Friday afternoon) at exactly the time they said they would. They valued and bought several pieces of furniture for cash and took them away. Very friendly and helpful too and Paul Chubb is very knowledgeable about old and antique furniture. I highly recommend this firm.

They've got a truly beautiful selection of jewellery, trinkets and accessories, along with ornaments and objects for the home. They've also got a great selection of welsh slate objects, and all the prices are definitely very reasonable. One of the great things about this shop is that it has a very fast turnover of stock, so much so that you want to keep visiting on a regular basis just to see what new stuff they've got! The staff are really friendly and it's great to see local people making a successful business in town.

It spans 2 floors and you can spend ages browsing all the goodies on sale. Many of which you will not find in other shops. Their speciality if Steiff teddy bears and if you are a collector you must see their collection. At Christmas time they have a beautiful selection of Christmas decorations. Upstairs is a selection of womens and mens clothing. Staff are always on hand if you need advice or a hand choosing the perfect item.

No rushing, time to explain and service with a smile. There were a number of photos on the walls, so I asked about the shops history. You can top up all your electric phones gas etc. Fairly recently a spar has opened across the road, which no doubt has put strain on herbies, also the council have messed up the whole of king street, bolarding off the sides so no-one can park, making it impossible to park and quickly nip in places. I feel really sorry for long standing businesses like herbies, and hope they can continue to stay open when there constantly seems to be so much against them! a lot of shops did close after the council messed it all up. But long live herby's!

UPDATE DECEMBER 2008: Another excellent visit to this pleasant cafe. Discovered today that all coffee and teas there are Tradefair and the very helpful and knowedgeable staff member, Ben, made us aware that the cakes and the other food items available cater for different allergies and dietary needs. This is quite a big store and it doesnt feel as squashed as some stores. The coffee shop is indeed an assett and always seems to have a steady flow of custom. The staff are friendly and able to help with any queries without any problems. A good all round service.
