Penny and George Duggan are the operators here and they were simply amazing. My 80 year old mother…read moreand myself were traveling through on US 2 in the late evening and had developed leaks in two tires (that were brand new and mounted at another shop in Minnesota) . We went on Yelp to find a tire shop in the area knowing that we were in the middle of nowhere after hours. Yelp said they were "permanently closed" but when we drove past the building it sure didn't look permanently closed, well cared for and clean???? Being a small town we figured what the heck,we are going to be stranded if we didn't get repairs so we took a risk and asked a guy on the street if he knew who owned the tire shop and he pointed to where they lived. I met George and Penny in their driveway and explained our predicament. Let me tell you, whatever was on Yelp before this doesn't even explain how gracious they both were in agreeing to go back to the shop and reopen it in order to fix our problem. George took both tires off and noted they were leaking around the valve stems and beads so he ground them with a grinder and put in new valve stems and some bead sealer. He was even refusing payment but my mother managed to slip Penny some cash as she was cleaning the windshield bugs off (we didn't even ask for that service). All in all, they were both awesome, went way out of their way to help us and we were off again in a jiffy. They most assuredly are not "permanently closed".

Bought 4 new tires, nearly $1500. One tire developed bulge in tread. Called to get warranty…read moreinformation. Penny less than helpful and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. Not the first time she's done that or treated us that way. On the other hand George has always treated me great. If George could run whole store, they would have a much more successful business.
