This year same thing happened with Jerry Richstone. They told us we were getting a refund from MD and then yesterday I get a letter from MD stating they intercepted our refund due to unpaid taxes I am assuming from last year. Jerry entered my husbands W2 form amount twice when completing our Federal tax. This service is completley unacceptable. Will never return. They charged us $358 which is ridiculous for shotty work !!

Tax time comes around and all of a sudden I needed all kinds of bank statements which is fine but was not transparent at all saying Brian give me all your bank statements each quarter as a guide for me. Not only that I got a new accountant and just wanted my stuff and got a $400 bill instead of $200 that's ok. But she came in with an attitude like I made everything confusing I'm I the only one who thinks your accountant should make sure they have everything instead of telling me she has 8 business and she has to do personal taxes and waited until 1/29 that's right individual taxes go to HR Block or another place where a CPA can give you what you pay for all over Ocean City And not wait until the last minute. I spoke to 2 accountants in Ocean City Maryland and said no problem but she did ask for a review when she was putting up a website so I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. When she was leaving she said thank you I said your not welcome I had to have someone else do her job and she called me an asshole . So to finish my review I wouldn't let her bookkeeping if it was free. I paid $1200 for someone to be condescending and try to belittle me I was a professional and said I wish you would have told me she said she tell you I finished off the first week of January getting her everything I thought she needed and didn't get a phone call until then . 800 text msgs 800 emails I got so confused I have a degree in marketing not an expert but professionalism should be number one with customer service.
