Its normally a 48hr wait for you to pick up your parcel but when you do expect a que no matter what time of day you go. Its also a nightmare when christmas approaches cos the ques just get longer. In all fairness there are always at least 2 on the desk at any one time and they are always friendly and courteous so i cant fault them for that .

During the week it's open till about 6pm which is great because it means I can pop over after work. It can be empty when I go in after work but you press a button and someone usually appears behind the counter.

Had this company recently carry out a house and garage clearance at a property in Gilesgate, Durham and thought they done a splendid job. First, they sent a chap round to see what the job involved then we arranged the date and on the day they actually cleared the property there was 4 of them in 2 large box vans and between the four of them they had the full house and large garage all cleared that same day. SO as local house clearance or probate estate clearance services go these were spot on. read more

We have used this lot twice now and on both occasions they have been great, the lads arrived on time and they really took care of our items and made sure they was all padded out and secure for the journey in the van. We was not moving very far it was only from Washington to Sunderland but we still wanted are items looked after which they were. So anyway the service provided to us was very good and if ever we need to move again I'd probably use these. So thank again to your team. read more
