He even came back twice more to install and adjust a new string for me. One visit was months later, once the string had stretched a bit. He was happy to come back and retune it for me. Communication: Evan's work is closer to art than prescribed work. Some jobs take longer than others, and Evan gave excellent notices (via text or call) for changes in schedule, etc. Skill: My piano had a broken string, a broken leg, sticking keys, and 1/2" of dust under the keyboard. Evan didn't flinch, and tackled each problem with confidence. Attention: He noticed the other instruments in the room, and he talked to me about how his tuning would bring my piano to true A440, making my other tuned instruments jive with the piano. WARNING!!!…read more Completely unprofessional and dishonest. My widowed mother used them to move because she did not want to burden her family. She hired them even though they were more expensive then the competition because they claimed 22 years of experience. They reviewed everything she had (of which she sold or gave away most) and said it would be an easy move. They even said they could take down and put up TVs and get things setup nicely for her as long as she paid their pricey hourly rate. It turns out they are a scam. Three guys showed up with a small snowmobile trailer that clearly wouldn't fit everything in. She was moving an hour away and they told her she would just have to pay their rate to go back and forth. They didn't show up with a small moving truck as expected! My mom ended up renting the moving van which was cheaper. The end result was the following: - They missed items and got mad when she asked them to put them in the truck (a dolly and two shelves in the garage) - They broke a TV by throwing a dolly on it but tried to hide it until my Mom asked where the "missing" TV was. - They refused to do anything but drop off the items. Lots of things were left outside. (Go figure since they were being paid hourly). - They wouldn't even take a door of hinges to get items in the house so my Mom has to hire another neighbor do pop 3 hinges out for them! - In the end they agreed to pay $100 for the nice broken TV (that they claimed was my Mom's fault since she didn't keep the TV box), but not before they added another $40 charge for having to drive the truck my mom rented back! What a rip off! My sister in law and I had to come help my Mom and rearranged our schedules because of this very unprofessional company! UPDATE: We turned on another TV today and it was shattered from inside! That is two TVs broken from the same mover.

They showed up as scheduled, accomplished the job quickly and professionally and charged me a third of what I had expected. If the book table employed employees like the people at the front, I would recommend this place. The employee at the "candy part" of the store was so engrossed with talking with her family/friend that she didn't even recognize there was somebody there wanting to buy something? I only had it limited in the amount of time because I wanted to get something for someone and I only had a few minutes to get something and run it over to them. After about 510 minutes of the employee talking to their friends/family member they gave each other a hug and the ones that I hope things go better for you or something like that. The employee asked me if there was something that they could do and I said not anymore. the time was spent. I wanted something earlier. Plus, part of their store had mold in it. Could tell that water had fallen through and landed on the carpet. I could not even look at that section of the bookstore because of the mold.
