People ordering, eating, picking up mobile orders. I watched in amazement as all the employees moved around so fast with purpose. I counted 14 employees that I could see up front and everyone seemed to know exactly what to do. It seemed like such a well oiled machine and just I watched in awe while waiting for my food. I saw a manager note that the iced tea was empty and immediately someone started to address it like they knew it was their job to fix it. Super cool to see and no one seemed stressed or frustrated, just going with the flow and still super kind. And I got my food super quick.
