Please do not use this law firm. We chose them based on the "glowing" reviews but we found them to be incompetent. The first issue is that they lied in their emails - claiming they had "just" received a request, or saying they were waiting for emails from other parties, when we knew they had the information days ago. They told us certain services were included in their fee, but waited until a few days before closing to tell us the exact costs of the title search (which we were told was several hundred dollars higher than average). They will not advocate/negotiate on your behalf. We had to follow up on everything ourselves, and remind them of deadlines which they should have been taking care of. Very bad experience, please do not use them. Pay a little more for a better law firm, you won't regret it. read more

As an investor and home owner, having a good lawyer representing you is essential. I have worked with different lawyers in the past and Charysmel Manasra and her team have been the most professional that I have had. She is fast, responsive and works hard to defend your rights as a client. During the whole process we had problems with seller's and going back and forward negotiating the house wasn't easy. It took us 3 months to close and on the closing day the seller almost walked away trying to avoid fixing contract obligations, but Charysmel was firm and didn't let seller get away without fulfilling their obligations. She held the money in escrow and made sure that we wouldn't need to be responsible for repairs that were the responsibility of the seller. Unfortunately we didn't feel like Charismel was passionate, professional and ethical about handling some of the situations that accrued during the closing process of our house. We had to bring things to her attention and follow up with things that we felt should have been taken care of by our attorney.
