She willingly took time with us to discuss our options and we did NOT feel any pressure at all to make a decision. She even told us that if we didn't choose them, we could contact her with any questions we had. I've worked in customer service and sales positions for years, so I'm really particular about giving/receiving top notch customer service. I'm also very sensitive to others who are persuasive, pushy or just want to make money and I did NOT feel this at all. Anderson & Campbell have such a 'can-do' attitude with everything! They were so different than one of the other funeral homes we checked out in the area (we walked out of that one in less than 5 minutes). Anderson & Campbell communicated with us, were responsive, and got things done quickly. Our mom's obituary was posted on their website within hours and we were able to share the link with family and friends easily. Dealing with the loss of a loved one can be really stressful, but they took a huge burden from us by handling all the details, contacting the cemetery and church with questions and by being so professional and caring. The services and transportation were smooth and flawless. Anderson & Campbell went above and beyond with their customer service and I would highly recommend them if you want a calm, peaceful and easy experience during such a difficult time!
