We purchased all of the prehung interior doors for our home remodel from Mancino Door & Window, and our initial experience was excellent. Ryan was outstanding to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us through the selection process while being mindful of our budget. We never felt rushed, and his customer service was one of the main reasons we chose Mancino. The only downside to that purchase was the delivery charge and separate fuel surcharge. While it wasn't ideal, I understand transportation costs have increased, so it wasn't a dealbreaker. When it came time to purchase our front entry door, Mancino was one of the first companies I contacted because of our positive experience with Ryan. Unfortunately, Ryan wasn't available, and I worked with someone else. This time, the quote we received for the exact same door and specifications was significantly higher than several other bids. I reached out hoping there might be an explanation or an opportunity to review the pricing, but I never really received much feedback. Ultimately, we purchased the same door from another supplier for about $1,500 less, with a much lower delivery charge and no separate fuel surcharge. The reason for my 3-star rating isn't because of our first experience--that was excellent, and Ryan earned every bit of a 5-star review. It's because our second experience was so different. The pricing wasn't competitive, and there didn't seem to be much interest in discussing it or earning our business. They have a great showroom with all the avaliable top window and door brands. Andrew Garcia was the salesperson who showed us around and answered all our questions. He even compared a different patio door brand that is less expensive. We had had a Renewal by Anderson rep previously come out to our house for an estimate and we were impressed by their product, but it was quite pricey. To our amazement, Mancino was able to provide Anderson windows ( made of their proprietary Fibrex material) that was only a bit more in price than vinyl Milgard windows. The installation was done in a day with a team of 4. They were professional and efficient. They also noted there was a crack on one of the smaller bedroom windows, which they promptly reordered and will reinstall for us. We love the new windows which are better in sound reduction and we will see if they keep our house cooler as the summer heats up. read more

Windows are less than 1 year old, and the vinyl trim has been incorrectly installed, repaired, and re-installed multiple times. They are slow to respond if they return your calls at all, and I had to sit on the phone and wait rather than trust them to get back to me. I am disappointed in the customer service and professionalism, and will continue to hound them until the quality is adequate. I've tried being patient, but at this point feel taken advantage of. I'm not even hoping for satisfactory at this point, I just don't want my windows falling apart after a few short months. read more

What a fantastic experience we had. We ordered our exterior curb-facing windows from MDW with the intent to order more as our remodel progresses. Unfortunately, I have to rate this store for an 1 star. I did give the store a chance to rectify the issue. I called last week to find out if the store has a 30 by 80 fiberglass door available, and what the installation price is. Art (the salesman) told me he has a customer returned fiberglass door available and he has an installer available. I reached out to the installer and asked about his price and decided to go with him and I ended up buying a 6 panel door from home depot. The guy who installed the door didn't do a bad job, but when i reached out to him to do a 2nd and 3rd door that he has seen and provided a quote in person, he backed off and said he is no longer available. I reached out to the store and asked the store to provide an invoice to his installation job and here comes the surprise. I am told the door this company was selling me is from "offerup" and the guy is selling has no warranty or company's invoice. I asked, why would I buy some offerup or craigslist from your store? Why do i need to buy it from you? I reached out to the store, and the manager told me, he is not gonna honor the installer's quote since he is not affliated with the store. The store price for installation labor of the 2 doors is $1200 per door, and i was quoted $650 by this guy at 1st. You guys be aware. you are probably buying something from "offerup" or craigslist from this store and the company would not honor their quoted price. read more

Went to Mancino for a quote on a front entry door install about 6 months ago. Prices and options were the same as all the other local companies, but their service as not very attentive. For this reason I went with Hometime and could not be happier. Fast forward to this past week. I called and left a voicemail requesting a callback for some patio doors. It is now 5 days later and no one has returned my call. So their lack of service continues. I don't have time to chase you down to give you my hard earned money. I have a set of double doors that're about 17 years old and the latch in the cartridge has broken, so the latch no longer springs out - the door has to be bolted. I finally got around to repairing it, only to find out that the manufacturer went under, soon after I'd bought the door. So, no parts were readily available. I contacted dozens of locksmiths and they were ALL eager to charge $50 or $75 to come and look at it, but, the honest ones said it was unlikely that they could open the cartridge to repair it. So, I contacted Mancino D&W, a local business. Ryan took the time to get specifications, and look up what the replacement would be. He connected me tot eh seller who sells replacements parts for doors such as mine. REALLY helpful even though there was little chance of a sale. WELL, if I decide to replace the doors completely, I know who I'll be contacting! read more

From the most professional estimate I've seen to an amazing ability to adapt to my specific needs, I don't know what to say, other than it's simply amazing how much better my house looks with these gridless, double pane, vinyl, and so many other features I didn't know windows were capable of that I was surprised when I found out my windows can't fight crime. From customer service to product and installation I honestly cannot recommend their work highly enough. Also, if anyone is worried when they say the doors are fiberglass, I wouldn't be, both my doors feel extremely solid, perfectly hung, and they take paint better than wood. PS. Agustin was VERY upset that I didn't name the person who gave such great customer service, so there you go brother! Do no trust this place!!. As a consumer, not a carpenter we're are to trust specialized places like this and expect professionalism, not in this case. Saul and his team at Mancino doors in Glendora sold me a supposed solid core slab door with supposed no voids. However, when my carpenter trimmed 3/4 off one side there was a void, eother manufacturerdefect or I was lied too. Saul and his team now state they do have voids and doors are not meant to be trimmed. Additionaly I can bring the door back in to be blocked for an additionalcharge. These are guys are not trust worthy. Now I have to spend time fixing the door so it can be usable. NOT TRUST WORTHY. read more

He even remembered a "special" request we made for installation. We knew we had a great price after receiving higher quotes from another company and big box store (Beware: payment in full is required before the job begins). THESE ARE PROFESSIONALS. I was proven wrong; the job (16 windows, 2 doors) was done in one day! Each team member knew what to do. On the install date, the team arrived before 7:00 am and were ready to go. Each team member was courteous and respectful of my home. Floor coverings and plastic sheeting were put in place.
